Bringing new life and character to one of Leeds’ most established property rental companies.

Background

For over 40 years, Leeds Property Rentals has built a solid reputation in the local property market. With their expansion into direct rentals, they wanted a fresh, modern brand to reflect this evolution.

Overview

We set out to design a bold, fresh brand that connects with both students and professionals.

As proud locals, the owners wanted their brand to highlight strong ties to Leeds. After presenting the first round of logo concepts, we dug deeper for inspiration and turned to the city’s historic coat of arms. From this, the owl emerged as the perfect centrepiece – symbolising trust, loyalty, and wisdom, while also paying tribute to Leeds itself.
